Entrar e ativar a conta

Aqui inicias sessão, crias uma conta gratuita ou recuperas o acesso. É também aqui que confirmas o email e defines a password a partir dos links que te enviamos, e que fazes a verificação em dois passos.

O que podes fazer

  • Iniciar sessão com email e password ou com «Entrar com SSO», que aparece quando o início de sessão único está disponível; se a tua organização o exigir, passa a ser o botão principal.
  • Criar uma conta no plano gratuito com «Criar conta gratuita»: nome, empresa (opcional), email, password e aceitação dos Termos de Serviço e da Política de Privacidade.
  • Pedir um link para redefinir a password em «Esqueci-me da password».
  • Definir a password a partir do link de convite ou de redefinição (pelo menos 10 caracteres). Depois de guardar, a página mostra o email da conta e só abre a sessão com «Entrar nesta conta».
  • Confirmar o email ao abrir o link de verificação. Antes de entrar, a página mostra o email da conta e só abre a sessão com «Entrar nesta conta»; se neste browser já tens sessão nessa conta, entras sem esse passo.
  • Confirmar que és tu com o código de 6 dígitos da app autenticadora ou com um código de recuperação; se a autenticação de dois fatores for obrigatória para a tua conta, configuras a app antes de entrar.

Sign in and activate your account

This is where you sign in, create a free account or recover access. It is also where you confirm your email and set your password from the links we send you, and complete two-step verification.

What you can do

  • Sign in with email and password or with “Sign in with SSO”, which appears when single sign-on is available; if your organisation requires it, it becomes the main button.
  • Create an account on the free plan with “Create free account”: name, company (optional), email, password and acceptance of the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  • Request a password reset link with “Forgot your password?”.
  • Set your password from an invitation or reset link (at least 10 characters). After saving, the page shows the account's email and only opens the session with “Sign in to this account”.
  • Confirm your email by opening the verification link. Before signing in, the page shows the account's email and only opens the session with “Sign in to this account”; if you are already signed in to that account in this browser, you go straight in.
  • Confirm it's you with the 6-digit code from your authenticator app or a recovery code; if two-factor authentication is mandatory for your account, you set up the app before signing in.
