A proposta e a assinatura ficam no CRM.

BeryxTech Console
For the BeryxTech team only; customer accounts do not see it. It brings together customers, organisations, contracts, residency, platform metrics and support access, using metadata only: a customer's data can only be read with access approved by their admin.
What you can do
- Filter the “Customers” list and see, per workspace, the plan, users, datasets, scans in the last 7 days, this month's LLM cost, last login and health.
- Change a workspace's plan (paid, complimentary or trial) and suspend or reactivate it, with the reason recorded in the customer's activity log.
- See “Organisations” with their workspaces and the NPS for the last 90 days, and release a claimed domain. Each organisation shows its ID with “Copy”, to link it to the company in the CRM.
- Record under “Contracts” the annual contract of an organisation that pays by invoice: plan, entity, VAT number, address, annual amount, PO and who issues the invoice (the invoicing software or Stripe Invoicing). In the list, renew a contract that is “Up for renewal”, end it (the workspaces go back to the free plan and nothing is deleted) and, under “Invoices”, issue the term invoice in Stripe or record the number from the invoicing software, mark it as paid or void it. The proposal and the signature stay in the CRM.
- See under “Residency” the region of this installation and the supported regions, and create a “New Enterprise organisation” in the chosen region: in this installation's region it starts with its first workspace and its first admin invited by email; in another region or another instance it becomes a pointer that routes that domain's login and sign-up to the dedicated instance, with “Fix URL” to change the app address.
- Follow the “Global overview” (scans per day, LLM cost by feature and by customer, errors by connector, activation funnel and feedback on AI outputs) and “Growth” (weekly cohorts, free → paid funnel and MRR proxy by plan).
- Compare, in the “Global overview”, “BeryxTech LLM cost today” with the daily cap: it counts the UTC day and only what BeryxTech pays for (BYOK, Bedrock and Vertex are left out), with the workspaces that spent the most. Once the cap is reached, the AI paid for by BeryxTech runs offline until midnight UTC; with the kill switch on, it runs offline until someone turns it off. The cap and the kill switch belong to the installation's configuration and cannot be changed here.
- See the “Work queues”: per queue, the ready messages and consumers in RabbitMQ, the wait queue, the DLQ and the pending and running scans in the database; under “Waiting for a worker”, how long the oldest work has been waiting (in red above the alert threshold); and the workspaces with the most scans waiting. Without RabbitMQ, only the database figures are shown.
- See “Feature adoption” by plan and the “Most used pages” over the last 30 days, only from workspaces that turned on “Share usage”. A cell with fewer than 5 workspaces shows no figures.
- Ask a customer for support access with “Request access”, giving a reason and a duration: it stays pending until one of the customer's admins approves it, is read-only and expires on its own.
- Follow “Support requests”: view the datasets of an active access or end it early.
